Why Wescott exists
Wescott began with a frustration. Too much advice is built to be agreeable, handed over in a deck, and gone by the next quarter. We wanted the opposite.
A firm where senior people stay close, say the hard thing, and are measured by the decisions their clients actually make. Not by the thickness of the report. So in 2009, we built it.
Today we remain deliberately small. Few clients, senior attention, and the discipline to only take on the decisions where our judgment genuinely moves the outcome.
How we work
We start by understanding the decision itself
Before we recommend anything, we sit with the real question. Who owns the call, what is actually at stake, and what happens if it goes the other way. Most advisors rush to answers. We earn the right to give one by understanding the decision as well as you do, sometimes better. That groundwork is what makes the counsel that follows worth trusting.
